Refund Policy
1. 7-day satisfaction guarantee (first-time subscribers)
If you subscribe for the first time and request a refund within 7 calendar days of your first paid charge, we will refund 100 % of that charge. The 7-day window starts the moment the payment is successfully processed. Email hello@signaliq.in from your registered address with your transaction ID.
2. Pro-rata refunds after Day 7
After the 7-day window, refunds are processed on a pro-rata basis for the unused remainder of the current billing cycle, less:
- Razorpay / Stripe transaction fees (typically 2 %).
- A processing fee of ₹100 to cover manual reconciliation.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. If the original method is unavailable (expired card, etc.) we credit a bank transfer using a method we agree with you in writing.
3. No refund scenarios
- Subscription was terminated for credential sharing, abuse, or fraudulent payment (Terms §5).
- Refund request received more than 90 days after the relevant charge.
- The user has materially benefited from the subscription (e.g. acted on recommendations on multiple trading days). Such cases are reviewed individually.
4. SEBI Research Analyst escalation
Once we are SEBI RA-registered, refund disputes that cannot be resolved bilaterally may be escalated to the SCORES portal (scores.sebi.gov.in) per regulator guidance.
5. Trading losses
We do NOT refund subscription fees on the basis of trading losses you incurred acting on a recommendation. Such losses are entirely your responsibility — see Trading Risk Disclaimer.
