Terms of Service

Pre-launch status: SignalIQ Pro is being prepared for SEBI Research Analyst registration. Until that registration is granted, this service operates as a research and educational platform; signals surfaced are not personalised investment advice. All language below describes the post-registration product; certain provisions (subscription, billing) take effect only when paid tiers are launched.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on SignalIQ Pro ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Trading Risk Disclaimer, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not register or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

  • You are at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
  • You have provided accurate identity and contact information at signup, and you keep it current.
  • You hold a valid trading account with a SEBI-registered broker and are personally responsible for executing every trade you decide to act on.

3. Nature of the Service

SignalIQ Pro publishes systematic, quantitatively-derived recommendations across three pillars (Equities, Weekly Options, Gold). Recommendations are based on historical backtests and live paper-trade observation; they are not personalised to any individual subscriber's financial situation, risk tolerance, or objectives. The Service does not execute orders on your behalf.

4. Subscription & Billing

Active subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Razorpay or another SEBI-permissible payment gateway. Pricing is displayed at the point of purchase and may be updated with 30 days notice. Failed payments will result in subscription suspension and, after 14 days, downgrade to a free account.

5. User Conduct

  • One account per individual. Sharing login credentials terminates the account without refund (technical enforcement: single-session sign-in, geo-anomaly detection).
  • Recommendations are for your personal use only. Republication, redistribution, or commercial scraping is prohibited.
  • You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Service's infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

All strategy logic, backtest results, dashboards, and original written material on SignalIQ Pro are the property of the operator. Subscribers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal trading decisions only.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, credential sharing, or fraudulent payment. We may also discontinue the Service with 30 days notice; in that case, any pro-rata unused subscription period is refunded.

8. Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses you incur acting on any recommendation; trading decisions and outcomes are entirely your responsibility (see also the Trading Risk Disclaimer).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
